Today's teenagers have grown up with computers, so why bore them with old-fashioned brochures? CDs can contain video, music and interviews as well as the paper-based information all students need. The University of Hull realised that presenting the benefits of student life in Hull or Scarborough to sixth formers on CD was far more compelling than expensive glossy prospectuses.
